Who we are

PAM Education Consultancy Services Ltd. (‘we’ or ‘us’) are a ‘data controller’ for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018, (i.e we are responsible for, and control the processing of, your personal information).
We aim to comply with GDPR regulations, and we will only add you to our mailing list if you have given us permissions to do so. You will always have the option to opt-out of any communications with us, by either writing to or emailing us, or by unsubscribing from our lists using the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom.

What we collect

    We may collect your personal information (such as your name, address, email address and telephone number) when you download our free resources, sign up to courses, webinar, and the blog or when you purchase products and services from us. We also collect personal information when you contact us, send us feedback and complete customer surveys.

    If you are an instructor, you can link your PayPal, or other payment account to the Services to receive payments. When you link a payment account, we collect and use certain information, including your payment account email address, account number, address, or other data necessary for us to send payments to your account

    Occasionally we may receive information about you from other sources (such as credit reference agencies), which we will add to the information we already hold about you in order to help us improve and personalise our service to you.

    We may monitor and record communications with you (such as telephone conversations, emails, online discussion) for the purpose of quality assurance, training, fraud prevention and compliance.

Controlling your personal information

  • Right to ask us to stop contacting you
    You can ask us to stop contacting you for direct marketing purposes. If you would like to do this, please email us at info@pamacademy.co.uk or write to PAM Academy, Hanover Buildings, 11-13 Hanover Street, Liverpool Merseyside L1 3DW. It may take up to 14 working days for this to take place.

    When you contact us, please let us have proof of your identity and address (a copy of your driving licence or passport and a recent utility or credit card bill), and which method of contact you are not happy with if you are unhappy with certain ways of contacting you only (for example, you may be happy for us to contact you by email but not by telephone).

  •  Right to request a copy of your information
    You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please contact us using above means.

  • Right to correct any mistakes in your information
    If you believe that any information, we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. When you contact us, please let us have enough information to identify you (e.g. account number, username, registration details). We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
